At Lo-Fi-Merchandise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
